STC Wisconsin Administrative Council Election Procedures
The STC Wisconsin chapter annually elects an Administrative Council composed of the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Membership Coordinator. The election is conducted via email ballot provided that a preliminary slate of candidates has been announced to the membership at least four weeks prior to the date of the elections, and final slate of candidates, if different from the preliminary slate, has been announced at least ten days prior to the date of the election.
Candidate selection is the responsibility of the Nominating Committee, which will consist of three to five members and shall be headed by a chapter member appointed by the president. Chapter members will be allowed to serve on the Nominating Committee at the discretion of the committee head.
